Designed and built using traditional Mexican materials and craftsmanship, the home blends timeless coastal architecture with modern comfort in a setting created for rest, connection, and ease. The property is located approximately 2 hours from Puerto Vallarta International Airport.
Car rental or private transportation from the airport may be arranged in advance for a smooth arrival. The surrounding area is very quiet at night, ideal for deep rest and unplugged evenings.

Flexible Accommodations
When fully reserved, the home sleeps 6 guests comfortably, with the option to accommodate 7 or 8 guests by request using additional twin beds.
The Space
The main living and dining areas can be fully opened or closed, depending on weather and preference. Wi-Fi is strong and reliable via Starlink in the main living areas, allowing guests to stay connected while still enjoying a peaceful retreat.
For family time, the home is stocked with a variety of games, perfect for relaxed evenings together.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned and feature king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, providing cool, private retreats after warm beach days.

Outdoor Living, Beaches & Wildlife
The home’s private ocean-view terrace and infinity-edge pool overlook the Pacific, creating an unforgettable setting for swimming, lounging, and watching surfers pass by below. From January through March, guests can enjoy excellent whale watching directly from the terrace, with humpback whales frequently visible offshore.
The beaches are sandy and walkable, with several distinct access points:
- A protected bay near rustic beach restaurants offers calm water well-suited for very small children.
- Beach access via the south-side steps of the community leads toward an estuary, where currents can be stronger.
This area also offers fairly reliable, beginner-friendly surf and a miles-long, very private stretch of sandy beach, perfect for long walks. Please note that there are no lifeguards on nearby beaches.
Guests also enjoy access to a shared community pool beneath a historic chalata tree, a shaded and tranquil gathering space unique to the community.

Extremely relaxing location and house. Everything was perfect. The food was amazing. All communication was fast, easy and clear.
Our family of four stayed at Casa Voz del Mar was 10 out of 10. This was our first time and we will be back. The food and service were great. From reservation to check in and check out everything was top shelf. If looking for a combination of adventure and relaxation, this is your place.
This area is a killer, very adventurous to cross the river to get to the beach. We rented SUP boards from Surf Mexico they delivered great boards for surfing and paddling up the river. We also rented a van from Gecko $600 USD for the week, 6 of us. Allowed us to take the boards to the bay in Plantinitos and do some long-distance paddling to some other beaches. As well as drive to the waterfall hike and San Blas adventure.
The grounds are beautiful, Casa Voz Del Mar needs a bit of Feng Shui updating especially after we looked at the other homes. It does, however, have a great comfortable deck which is where we spent our time overlooking the ocean. All the bedrooms have an ocean front which not all the homes have. The cooks Becky and Vicky were awesome highly recommend the meal plan. Tell them your needs, no meat lots of veggies whatever you like they will do it.

Cumplio con todas nuestras expectativas de lo que nos habian platicado amistades. Fue aun mas de lo que esperabamos, la playa muy tranquila, en pocas palabras regresamos encantados en la primera oportuidad de escaparnos de nuevo, gracias por todas sus atenciones.
